CEO-TO-WORKER PAY RATIO MUST BE PUBLICLY DISPLAYED ON COMPANY WEBSITES
Companies will be required to publicly display the ratio between CEO pay and their average worker’s wage on their websites. Transparency ensures that pay structures are visible, understandable, and open to scrutiny.
ONLINE SAFETY ACT TO BE REVERSED, AND ONLINE SAFETY EDUCATION FUNDING TO REPLACE IT
The Online Safety Act will be repealed and replaced with sustained funding for digital literacy and online safety education. Empowering people to navigate the internet safely is more effective than broad restrictions that risk limiting access and expression.
